Many months ago, my husband and I got a smart TV. Which resulted in us getting rid of our old TV and its internal DVD player. After months of being unable to play any of my old DVDs, I finally bought us a new DVD player for the smart TV for Christmas.
So instead of watching programs on our various streaming services, I've been catching up with old episodes of "Clatterford." I just wrapped up the show's run yesterday morning, but caught this line hidden in one of Sal's and Jock's arguments. A "Midsomer" reference!
Which is about as close as Charles Dance ever got to doing "Midsomer Murders!" But it amused me.
