I've written before (here and here) about my love for "Fuller House." I'm still a bit surprised by my obsession with this program. I wasn't a fan of "Full House," either when it first came out or more recently in reruns. But I can't get enough of this program!
Season Three recently dropped on Netflix. I was pulling in some extra shifts with my part-time job and was running around doing some errands for my older boy, but still managed to binge-watch this latest season in less than 36 hours!
One of the fun things about "Fuller House" is that pretty much everyone from the original program has made at least one appearance on the new program -- except for Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen, who played youngest Tanner sister Michelle. The two twins have begged off efforts to bring them back into the fold, arguing that they have a fashion-designing business to focus their attention on.
The "Fuller House" characters usually made passing jokes about Michelle's absence from the family during the program's first two seasons. However, I don't remember a single joke about Michelle during this latest season. And it appears that "Fuller House" creator Jeff Franklin has finally stopped chasing after the missing Tanner twins:

"I’ve stopped asking, really I kind of gave up," he told Us at the show's Paleyfest panel in Beverly Hills. "But when somebody rings a doorbell, the girls yell, 'It’s always open!' on the show so that’s kind of how we feel about the Olsen twins. The door is open... But I think we’ve gotten enough no's," he continued. "We’re kind of done asking. But who knows? You never know in life. Who thought this whole thing would happen?"Frankly, it would seem weird to see Michelle burst onto the program again. And the chemistry is great between DJ, Stephanie, and Kimmy. But it is kind of weird that their younger sister has completely abandoned the family. There could be a really great story behind that! But it doesn't look like we'll get to watch that story any time soon...
