On the Democratic side of things, Bernie Sanders won the 2020 Coffee Bean Caucus with 1,188 beans. He was followed by Elizabeth Warren (779 beans), Mayor Pete Buttigieg (602 beans), Andrew Yang (438 beans), Joe Biden (223 beans), Amy Klobuchar (198 beans), Tom Steyer (152 beans), Tulsi Gabbard (49 beans), Other Candidate (42 beans), and Mike Bloomberg (27).
The GOP results were fairly predictable with Donald Trump winning the Republican Coffee Bean Caucus with 493 beans. He was following any Other Candidate (50 beans).
Granted this is Iowa City, but check out these vote differences. 3,698 Democratic voters turned in their coffee beans while only 548 bothered to show up with the coffee beans.
