There are reports of racist fliers being circulated around Iowa City by a group called the National Alliance. It looks like someone is leaving freebie newspapers in certain Iowa City neighborhoods. Those newspapers held together by racist stickers that read: "Send Them Back. They can't make White babies."

These notes typically show up in more racially diverse neighborhoods, though I understand that this latest batch showed up in the streets surrounding Court Hill Park. Which I tend to think of as a primarily white area of town, but it might have changed. It really doesn't matter.
The point is that whomever circulates these stickers is trying to sew dissension and shake up those who aren't part of the majority white population
