The Worst City in Every State

I was on Facebook tonight and came across this list of the worst city in every state. This list came about through a completely scientific method (i.e., some guy's Instagram followers).

I've only been to one of these cities: Cedar Rapids, IA. I guess I can see why some people would nominate this city. It's had a lot of shootings over the past year. And one of the local factories emits a funky citywide odor -- though this isn't half as bad as it used to be.
