Davenport Police Searching for Man Who Fired "Fake Gun" In Mall Food Court

The Davenport Police Department reports that an unidentified man created a panic at the NorthPark Mall last night when he fired a "fake" gun in the middle of the food court. According to police, the man entered the food court area with a gun. He pointed the gun in the air and squeezed the trigger. He then told everyone, "next time it will be real." The man then fled from the mall.

Nobody was injured, nor was there any damage.

The suspect is described as being a black male in his early 20s. The gun was described as "a fake, possible cap gun."
