The promotional material indicated that the original FF members would be featured in this comic book services, but now I'm beginning to wonder if it will actually go in a totally different direction if MOON GIRL #29 is anything to go by.
Moon Girl has been working with the Thing and Human Torch to protect Yancy Street from minor menaces like Galactus and the Silver Surfer. More recently, the Super-Skrull began working to bring a cosmic-level menace named Omnipotentis, who promises to the destroy the universe!
Moon Girl has a plan to deal with Omnipotentis, but she's decided that she cannot do it as a member of the Fantastic Three. So she goes back in time and space to recruit a fourth member for her new Fantastic Four team: Devil Dinosaur!
I'm sure that long-time fans of the FF would prefer to see Mister Fantastic and the Invisible Woman, but there's a very small part of my inner nerd that would really like to see this new Fantastic Four live on beyond this story line!
