Remember last month when former child actor Alexander Polinsky began publicly reaching out to former boss and co-star Scott Baio on Twitter about abuse towards him and other child actors on the set of "Charles in Charge?"
Another former child actor Nicole Eggert was one of Polinsky's first supporters. Now she has publicly called out Scott Baio, alleging sexual abuse by the older actor starting when she was 14:
In the video, Baio noted that claims of sexual abuse came forward again in November 2017. These claims were the ones made by Polinsky, which were publicly supported by Eggert. He said that his legal team then contacted both Polinsky and Eggert in early December 2017 and told them to go to the police and officially report the accused abuse. He outright denied any abuse towards either Polinsky or Eggert, plus he noted that neither of them has approached the police. He then aired portions of an interview where Eggert claims that she lost her virginity to Baio a couple of years after "Charles in Charge" wrapped up when she was 19 or 20.
I've got to admit that Baio makes a persuasive argument about his innocence in his video.

The 46-year-old actress claimed on Saturday that the 57-year-old actor "molested" her repeatedly from the time she was 14 until she was 17. The tweets began, "Ask @scottbaio what happened in his garage at his house when I was a minor. Creep." The former Baywatch star also refered to herself as a "molested child" and that the alleged abuse had happened at the ages of 14, 15, 16 and 17. In reaction to one twitter commenter, she wrote,"What is ur explanation for him fingering me at age 14?"Baio did do a nearly 15 minute Facebook Live session to respond to Eggert's accusations. (You can watch it here). In the video, Baio noted that Eggert appeared in two episodes of his old VH1 reality TV show in 2007 and subsequently visited his home since then and was friends with Baio and his wife. Baio said that in 2012, Eggert began talking with others about how she was sexually abused when she was a teen. He dismissed those rumors back then, but didn't publicly respond to them.
