Iowa: Facebook Pic of Calf Sitting in Car Goes Viral

Have you been to Waukon, IA, before. I've been there a small handful of occasions. One thing I didn't notice when I was there were any cars traveling with calves in them!

A woman went to the Dollar General in Walkon this past Tuesday and notice a calf sitting in one of the parked cars. So of course, she took a pic and posted it on Facebook with the following message:

Only in Iowa!!! Parked at the local store.... Yep... that's a cow folks!!!

Since then, the pic has gone viral. The post has been shared more than 57,503 times and has garnered well over a thousand comments!

I still have no clue why a calf was hanging out in a parked car outside the Dollar General. But I'm sure there's a story. If I learn it, I'll share it.
