I've written before (

here) about the
Carneys, a creator-owned family of carnival folks that Dan Parent co-created for Archie Comics back in the 1990s. Last November, Dan Parent and Fernando Ruiz began whispering about the launch of a new top-secret mystery project. For reasons that I wrote about here,
I speculated that they were launching a new comic book featuring the Carneys. Turns out that they were talking about
DIE KITTY DIE! That four-issue series was published following a successful Kickstarter campaign and it turned out to be a lot of fun!
They are currently working on a second DIE KITTY DIE! series. But check this out. Look who's scheduled to appear in DIE KITTY DIE: HOLLYWOOD OR BUST!!!

Fernando Ruiz is a great artist. One of the best. And I really can't wait to see these guys back in action! I already told them on Facebook that this one pic sold me on their new series. That's how psyched I am right now!!
