Marvel Comics to Publish ALPHA FLIGHT: TRUE NORTH One-Shot Comic Book in September 2019!

It's been a mixed bag for fans of Alpha Flight over the past eight years. Marvel Comics had a really promising ALPHA FLIGHT series, which unfortunately got canceled.

But the legacy has lived on. Northstar has become an increasingly prominent member of the X-Men. Alpha Flight itself (along with Sasquatch, Aurora, and Puck) has become linked to Captain Marvel and Earth's planetary defense system. And then Sasquatch was seemingly killed off in the current IMMORTAL HULK series.

Or was he? I ask because it looks like Sasquatch will be appearing in a new one-shot comic book titled ALPHA FLIGHT: TRUE NORTH #1!

According to this Marvel Comics press release, ALPHA FLIGHT: TRUE NORTH will feature three new stories featuring the company's most famous Alphans -- particularly Guardian, Vindicator, Puck, Snowbird, Talisman, Northstar, and Marrina.

ALPHA FLIGHT: TRUE NORTH #1 will be published in September 2019.
