¡Viva Perry! Latino Festival was organized by Hispanics United for Perry. The event featured a Reina de la Festival (or Queen of the Festival) competition, a folkloric dance troop, and the showing of a documentary titled "Welcome to Shelbyville."
The vandalism was discovered at 7:30 PM last night -- about 1.5 hours after the Latino Festival ended. Police are currently reviewing surveillance footage from the school to help identify potential suspects.
