Speaking of Roseanne Barr, she recently reported that she will be moving to Israel this fall to study the Torah before "The Connors" makes its televised premier:
“I have an opportunity to go to Israel for a few months and study with my favorite teachers over there. And that’s where I'm going to go and probably move somewhere there and study with my favorite teachers,” Barr said. “You know, I have saved a few pennies and I'm so lucky that I can go,” she continued. “It's my great, great joy and privilege to be a Jewish woman.” Barr said if she were to stay in the U.S., the show and its anticipated media response might “tempt” her to say something controversial, especially if she “has too many drinks.”She subsequently said that she won't curse or bless "The Connors." Which I think is a fair response.
