(For the record, Social Work Tutor appears to have created most of these memes and come up with the concept. It's a sad tribute to the how social workers and other helping professionals get negatively affected by burn-out and secondary trauma. It's just nice to have humorous reminders to practice our self-cares from time to time!)
Anyway, one of my former co-workers shared one of these memes on her FB page. Another former co-workers -- who knows that I enjoy social work-themed memes -- noted that I would like the meme and then tagged me into the conversation.
Which seemed like a challenge to me!
I pondered briefly and then created a new meme with the same theme but an ironic twist, which I then shared for my friends:
For the record, I look nothing like He-Man. Nor do I wear harnesses -- to work or anywhere else!
Later in the evening, I came up with a dark variation of this meme:
I'm not 100% sure that everyone gets it. I might come up with a more explicit image from "Jaws" and then re-post it. But it's here for now.
