I have a huge dislike for Caitlyn Jenner. I've never watched her reality TV show "
I Am Cait." I've never watched a clip of the program. Now I've learned that I missed my chance. It seems that
"I Am Cait" has been canceled after two seasons of low ratings:
“There just weren’t enough viewers,” a production insider explains to Radar. (According to The Hollywood Reporter, just 745,000 viewers tuned into the last season premiere in March.) “The show can’t compete with other programming.”
In addition, the source claims, the series was received poorly by the trans community Jenner had hoped would embrace her.
“Caitlyn just wasn’t relatable,” the insider says of the Donald Trump supporter, 66, who often clashed with her liberal friends on the show. “Trans viewers did not see her as one of them.” (A spokesperson for E! insists “no decision has been made” regarding the series’ future.)
I keep waiting for Jenner to eventually come out as an ex-trans woman. Within five years. You've heard it here first!
