So TLC has a new reality TV show that I won't be watching called "Submissive Wives' Guide to Marriage." It follow two couples -- Tim & Tara Furman and Eddie & Autumn Miles -- as they share to the world how their marriage thrive because the wives submit to their husbands:
Tara reveals the first ten years of her marriage weren’t easy and she begged God to change her husband. But she says God told her SHE needed to change.

Cameras capture mom-of-two Tara, now an experienced “submissive wife,” claiming she and Tim have a joyful marriage because she greets him with snacks and affection when he gets home from work--and she also lets him make the major family decisions.

According to Tara, a wife’s “job description is to help her man, serve her man, submit to her man, and sleep with her man.”
Tara even shared that she would never deprive her husband of sex -- even if she isn't in the mood. Because there is nothing more sexy to a man than having sex with someone who doesn't want to be there.

Of course, there is the third couple on this show -- Mark & Kristin Haywood. Kristin isn't submissive to her husband and has a tendency of lying on the couch instead of doing chores. So their marriage is in trouble and it's up to the submissive wives to teach her how to be a better wife.

Like most of these new TLC programs, Tara has a conservative Christian ministry that she is promoting. It's called Knowing God Ministries. Amongst the Christian lessons that Tara teaches women like Kristin is how "to dress like a 'hoochie mama'." Not surprisingly, Knowing God Ministries -- and Tara -- are anti-gay.

This show will air tomorrow evening on TLC.
